Shirlene O’Russa, RDH, BS Western Region Territory Sales Manager:
Ms. Shirlene O’Russa “Charlie” began dental assisting in 1975 then graduated to RDH in 1982. After 18 years, Charlie was President/Owner of Educational Service Institute, holding CE seminars for both dentists & auxiliaries. She was employed at Delta Dental Of Illinois, Public Relations, network provider to PPOs & Medicaid Program. She held a position in sales and marketing for a national laboratory, Dental Arts Laboratory. Charlie joined the Occlusion Division of WaterPik in 2007. Currently, responsible for sales, marketing & education to The Dawson Academy as well as dental schools located in western half of US for Occlusion Products, Lab Products & Dental Sleep Medicine.
Fun Fact: I love to travel, learn and meet new people, especially if it involves golf!
