3D Print Services

Dental Technology Solutions Outsource Services now include 3D printing of models, surgical guides, and castable RPD patterns.

Models

The models are printed on the Asiga Pro2 75 Printer using VeriModel Resin in Ivory color. The result is dimensionally accurate models with a smooth plastic appearance. VeriModel OS Ivory is a high definition resin perfectly suited for C&B models.

Three configurations are available:

• Full arch
• Quadrant
• POM - Peace of Mind Segment (fit/check)

Castable Patterns

Castable RPD patterns are printed using the Asiga Pro2 75 UV 385nm. The VeriCast resin is ideal for producing partial denture framework patterns, which can be burned out for accurate casting and pressing, using ResinVest Investment.
